The MiView system has three main modules.
The MiView Administration Dashboard
The Adminstration Module is where customized MediaPasses are created in minutes, always reflecting your brand, logos, and colors. Users access the dashboard with a secure login and username.

- Send out entire video programs, clips, or multiple series - they can be entire episodes or simply promotional clips.
- Add video presentations, programs, multiple programs, images, synopses, presentations, and other information related to the video content.
- Manage all your video programs - delete them, edit them, or add new ones.
- When you edit video, the changes are immediate, so anyone who views a MiView Pass from the time you click save onwards will see the new information.
- Add complimentary information via the Info Tab – this might include episode runtimes, available languages, and production status, but it's a wide open field that can be used for anything you feel might be relevant.
- You can upload images in JPG, PNG, or GIF format. By default, the image you upload will be automatically resized.
- PDFs can be uploaded to the MiView system, or they can be hosted externally as simple URLs.
And you can always preview your efforts ! The Preview TAB button creates a MiView Pass in a new window that matches exactly what your clients will see.
The MiView Pass
A personal screening room for your clients. They can view all media clips and video at their leisure and also view and download complimentary assets such as reports and press releases.
From the MiView Pass, they simply click once to load and view video programming. They are always able to pause, rewind, forward, and move to full screen for a better experience.
If they wish to forward the MiView PASS to a colleague they will have to ensure that the MiView no forward feature is not active as security is always a priority.

System Security
Our clients demand best in class security for their valuable digital assets and video programming.
MiView delivers:
- Video content and assets can only be viewed on recipient device. Opening the URL on other computers (e.g. Forward) will not be successful.
- Invitations are configured with an expiry date, after which content cannot be viewed through the invitation URL on any device.
- Unique login information is encoded directly into the MiView Pass URL. All URL's are unique to the Passes to eliminate parameter hacking/guessing.
- Integrates with existing client architectures, ( eg. RTMPE streaming).
- Supports the token authentication systems used by leading streaming companies.
- Can add domain-level whitelisting to allow the system to check against a file (for example with Akamai).
